Cameroon

KRIBI is an urban community in Cameroon located in South Region. It is an important seaside resort known for its white sandy beaches and port. It is located 160 km from Douala, and 270 km from Yaoundé, the political capital. Easily accessible by a road network in excellent condition, you can reach KRIBI in 2 hours by car or by the many bus companies. The LOBE Falls are also close to the city (7 km) and are very popular with tourists.  The ocean is at 25° all year round and the warmest season is between December and March. It is easy to get a 4G connection by buying a local SIM card. The most common means of transport in the city remains the taxi and motorcycle available at any time of the day or night.

Kribi, Cameroon

Kribi is a resort town and port in the South Province of Cameroon. It’s known for its sandy beaches. At the mouth of the Kineke River, Kribi lighthouse was built in 1906 by German colonizers and is still in use today. To the south, Tara Plage is a beach with strong Atlantic surf. Nearby, the Chutes de la Lobé waterfall plunges directly into the sea. From the falls, boats run upriver to Bagyeli native settlements.
